Well nice work on the face the pants&shirts need to be a bit more detailed...You should have same light source on pants and shirt as well...also Try doing some Yu Yu stuff i would like to see some from ya..

yea I have to agree with Yusuke about the pants and shirts, but I think the hair in the front is a little bit to long and puffy like other then that nice work
