General Rules

1. It is ok to announce your mugen site or whatever, but don't go announcing other forums you have made yourself.

2. English Speaking only. *Translators do not count.
*Side Note*: Speaking english is not the same as just copy pasting english words in pattern that looks pretty. Speaking english means that you are using some sort of english grammar as to make your replies make sense to other members. *Side Note ended*

3. No Multiple Accounts. If you have made multiple accounts please notify an admin so they can delete the ones you don't want.

4. NO REQUESTING FOR SPRITE SHEETS, MUGEN CHARACTERS, STAGES, ADD ONS ETC.!! This also includes asking a general question about whether something has been made or not and then asking if people have it. Rather than asking for it directly.

*Side Note*--However asking for a site that could provide sounds or asking for a place to download certain mugen creating programs is allowed.--

5. No Reviving dead topics.

6. No showing any evidence of stolen characters such as screenshots etc. All that are shown will be removed immediately.

7. No Warez, Hentai or anything of this nature.

8. Don't ask something stupid that can easily be found out somewhere like Google!!!

9. Do not take the part of a moderator. That is our job and we can handle it.
